An organizational unit of Warsaw. The unit deals with real estate management and operations related to the management and administration of urban areas, including the Vistula river and Czerniakowski harbour.

WARSAW SOCIETY FOR THE PROTECTION OF BIRDS (STOP)
The Society has been established in 2004. It brings together people involved in nature conservation, ornithologists and bird lovers. Members of STOP popularize knowledge about birds, organize free ornithological trips and lectures concerned on birds protection, focusing mainly on Warsaw and surrounding areas.

The project ‘Protecting the habitats of priority bird species of the Vistula Valley under conditions of intensive pressure of the Warsaw agglomeration’ (wislawarszawska.pl) has received a grant from the Financial Instrument for the Environment (LIFE+) and from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.
