City of Warsaw is privileged to invite you to an international scientific conference which will take place on 16-17 March 2018 in Warsaw, on the premises of Zarząd Główny Stowarzyszenia Architektów Polskich (Main Board of the Association of Polish Architects). The main purpose of the conference is to present the results of the LIFE+ project “Protecting the habitats of priority bird species of the Vistula Valley under conditions of intensive pressure of the Warsaw agglomeration” (WislaWarszawska.pl) and to exchange experience in biodiversity conservation in cities, especially with regard to aquatic species and habitats. Presentations by representatives of other institutions are welcome.

For the plenary session on 16 March, we have planned presentations on chosen actions aiming at biodiversity conservation in Warsaw and its surroundings as well as other cities in Poland and abroad.
